After 6 sessions you will feel confident about leading your team in a way that maximises your positive impact with less effort and time, and helps the business to achieve its goals.
Who is it for?
Anyone who has line management responsibilities or plans to in future.
This is also a great way to avoid the pain of recruitment by upskilling existing staff to take on their first managerial role.
How is it structured?
6 x 1 hour one to one sessions over a 6 week period, either online or face to face. Each session will include time to be coached and training in coaching techniques.
You also have a ‘coach on call’. Should anything happen in between sessions that sends you into a tailspin, wondering how on Earth to deal with your situation, you can call your coach and have a chat to instantly calm things down and feel manageable again.

You will receive support and training to:
Resolve people management challenges
Plan for the type of leader you want to be
Set goals and be held accountable for them
Develop your staff so that they can take on more responsibility, freeing up your time!
Build a close knit, happy team who collaborate and support one another
What topics are covered?
There are specific coaching tools and techniques that I know from personal experience will change everything for the better - you’ll get one of these each week so that you are confident and equipped to make transformational changes from day one.
We will cover:
Why your people need autonomy and how to give them it in a balanced, supportive way that keeps risks at an acceptable level
How to develop your staff so that they can move upwards within your business (solving recruitment challenges)
Leading your team from a place of confidence and understanding, and how that will make them more likely to stay
Ways to check in with your people to make sure they are happy and why that’s so important
How to get back more of your time whilst leading a busy team
Improving everyone’s problem solving skills and encouraging innovation
The incredible results you’ll get from embracing differences and being inclusive
Learn when to step in and when to back off
Ways of working to set you up for continuous improvement
Imposter syndrome and how to minimise it for you and your team
The remaining session time will be led by you; what you need, challenges you are facing and goals you want to achieve.
Having this time to confidentially talk about your feelings, difficulties and how to authentically be who you want be in the workplace is invaluable.
