The Coaching Culture Framework
A group of managers will gain key coaching skills together, building a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and growth. This programme empowers leaders to unlock potential, enhance collaboration, and boost overall team performance.
Who is it for?
A group of managers who will continue to support one another to make systemic change after the coaching programme.
How is it structured?
The programme begins with a meeting between the coach and business leaders to align goals with the company's strategy.
Managers will then attend two 2.5-hour group workshops to learn and practice coaching skills.
To make sure these skills become part of day to day life, the group will have monthly coaching sessions for six to twelve months, encouraging ongoing practice, collaboration, and habit formation.
Managers have access to a 'coach on call' for support between sessions. If they hit a challenge, they can reach out via call or text to regain a sense of control.
How will it help?
The manager will receive support and training to achieve goals such as:
Develop coaching skills, promoting leadership growth and personal development throughout the organisation.
Build a culture of continuous learning, driving innovation and adaptability within teams.
Strengthen team dynamics, enhancing communication and collaboration for better problem-solving and decision-making.
Unlock individual potential, boosting overall team performance and alignment with business goals.
Establish sustainable habits through ongoing monthly coaching, facilitating lasting organisational change.
Ensure leadership development aligns with company objectives to achieve broader business ambitions.

“It was great to hear the experiences and thoughts of other members of the group. Many of their thoughts really resonated with me and gave me further ideas.”
