Who is Sprout Coaching?

With over 20yrs experience across the tech industry, Bianca created Sprout Coaching to support your business growth, working with your Managers to maximise team performance, retention, innovation & happiness through the transformative powers of coaching.

She has personally experienced the frustrations of having managers who didn’t support her to grow, and also of being the manager who wasn’t sure how to support her team in the way they deserved!

After training as a Transformational coach, she brought her new skills back into the workplace and watched as her team began developing in ways she hadn’t realised were possible and her own workload decreased as team members were able and eager for more ownership of projects.

The team were achieving so much more and felt truly invested in what they were doing. Retention improved, the quality of work was second to none - coaching had transformed the team culture.
